📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process billing and invoicing for residential and commercial properties.
• Collect payments from tenants and clients, ensuring timely and accurate receipts.
• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Follow up on overdue payments and resolve collection issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management team.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients, addressing their queries and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and collections, preferably in the property management industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
