PT Tambang Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated Assistant Captain to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our mining operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining operations and a passion for maintaining high safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of mining equipment.,Monitor and maintain safety protocols and procedures.,Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Work closely with the Captain to develop and implement operational plans.,Provide support to the team during emergency situations.,Keep accurate records of operational activities and safety incidents.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff on safety and operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in mining operations.,Knowledge of mining equipment and safety procedures.,Ability to work in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and problem-solving skills.,Valid mining safety certification (e.g., Sertifikasi Ahli Teknik Pertambangan).,Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and standards.,Good physical fitness and health.,Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
