📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Manage and maintain financial records and documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
