Design and develop high-performance, scalable backend systems and services,Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js,Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability,Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic,Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner,Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field,2-4 years of experience in backend development,Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js),Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB),Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services,Understanding of server-side frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, Express.js),Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Excellent communication and teamwork skills
