📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret complex data to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Develop and maintain business process models using tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Knowledge of business process modeling tools like Visio and Lucidchart.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
