📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and brew high-quality coffee drinks according to customer preferences.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior baristas to develop their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the coffee shop.,Manage inventory and restock coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement coffee menu items.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and coffee shop management software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Proficient in using English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
