📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory activities.,Train and mentor junior laboratory technicians.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.,Analyze and interpret laboratory results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven ability to lead and mentor junior staff.,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety and environmental regulations.,Experience with laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
