📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the food preparation process, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to recipes.,Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Prepare and present daily specials, contributing to the restaurant's overall menu planning.,Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality and service.,Participate in menu development and cost analysis to optimize food offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in a high-volume restaurant or similar environment is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software is beneficial.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
