📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of logistics coordinators to achieve operational goals and objectives.,Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company goals and improve operational efficiency.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with other business processes.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics industry.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of logistics coordinators.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including but not limited to TMS, WMS, and ERP systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex logistical challenges.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the logistics industry in Indonesia and the ability to navigate the local market.
