📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Create engaging and shareable content, including images, videos, infographics, and blog posts.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that drive engagement and conversions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.,Manage and mentor junior social media specialists, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners in our industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a large and engaged following.,Strong understanding of social media algorithms, advertising, and analytics tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.,Proficient in using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to develop and implement unique and effective social media strategies.
