📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure that all stores adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and contribute to the overall success of the stores.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and address any issues or concerns.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Promote and enforce company values and culture within the stores.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to support the overall growth and success of Lingkungan Wati Fruit.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using retail management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
