📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Manage warehouse budget and ensure cost efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.,Understanding of safety and quality control measures.
