📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using basic computer software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
