📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Oversee the accounting processes and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
