Lead and supervise the semiconductor plating processes,Optimize plating processes to improve efficiency and quality,Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations,Conduct process improvements and troubleshooting,Train and mentor junior engineers,Monitor and maintain process equipment,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals,Provide technical support and guidance to other departments🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor plating processes,Strong understanding of plating chemistry and electroplating principles,Proven track record of process optimization and improvement,Experience with process control systems and equipment,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
