ConnectedGroup is seeking a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and sourcing high-quality products in the toys or sporting goods category. Your efforts will help us expand our product range and meet the growing demand from our customers.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will work closely with our procurement team to ensure that we source products that are not only of high quality but also meet our competitive pricing strategy. You will be responsible for managing the entire sourcing process, from identifying potential suppliers to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for toys or sporting goods products.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor market trends and competition to ensure we are sourcing the best products.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure smooth and efficient sourcing processes.
• Conduct quality checks on sourced products to ensure they meet our standards.
• Analyze sourcing data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably in the toys or sporting goods industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sourcing software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with international trade and customs regulations.
