In this role, you will manage a team of accountants and tax professionals, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work. You'll also work closely with senior management to provide financial insights that drive business decisions. Daily, you'll be involved in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, using advanced software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of accountants and tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.
• Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Work closely with senior management to provide financial insights that drive business decisions and strategic planning.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting and tax regulations and provide training and support to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, and Xero.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
