📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Maintain and update the General Ledger (GL) to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support the Finance Manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to resolve payment and collection issues.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency or similar industry is a plus.
