In this role, you will be responsible for teaching Chinese language and culture to students from various grade levels. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Chinese language and culture to students from various grade levels.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
• Manage and curate the school library, ensuring it is well-organized and up-to-date with the latest literary resources.
• Organize and facilitate library programs and activities that promote reading and learning.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall learning experience for students.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming library environment, ensuring that all library resources are easily accessible to students.
• Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives that promote literacy and a love for reading.
• Participate in school events and activities, including cultural festivals and educational workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Chinese Language, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Chinese language or a related field.
• Experience in managing and curating a school library is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Chinese language, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of educational technology and software, such as Google Classroom, is a plus.
• Familiarity with library management systems, such as Koha or Evergreen, is a plus.
• Passion for literature and a commitment to fostering a love for reading in young minds.
