As a Commercial Engineering Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of M&E systems for our clients' projects. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to translate design concepts into functional and efficient systems. Using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of M&E projects, from initial planning to final commissioning.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement M&E systems for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee the coordination and integration of M&E systems with other building systems.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources using Primavera and other project management tools.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure the quality of workmanship.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to address technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the M&E industry.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&E systems design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Certification in LEED or other relevant green building certifications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
