📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across mining operations.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Provide training and education to the workforce on safety and environmental best practices.
- Monitor and report on safety and environmental performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Investigate and report on accidents and incidents.
- Work closely with engineering and operational teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
- Certification in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of mining operations and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP, MSHA, or similar.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
