You will also be responsible for managing our portfolio companies, ensuring they achieve their business objectives and contribute to our overall investment performance.

This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in venture capital, investment operations, or a related field. You will need to be comfortable using tools like Crunchbase, PitchBook, and Excel for data analysis, as well as having a deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the investment process, from deal sourcing to portfolio company management, ensuring we identify and support the most promising startups.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, leveraging your expertise in financial analysis and market research.
• Develop and implement investment strategies that align with our fund's objectives and risk appetite.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio companies, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of our portfolio companies, ensuring they meet their financial targets and contribute to our overall investment returns.
• Collaborate with our operations team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive operational excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to identify new investment opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports to the investment committee, providing insights and recommendations on our investment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in venture capital, investment operations, or a similar role in the investment industry.
• Proven track record of successful investment decisions and portfolio company management.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with experience using tools like Excel, Crunchbase, and PitchBook.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
