📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC (AC & refrigeration), and kitchen equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of all facility equipment to prevent potential breakdowns.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
• Participate in scheduled preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide technical support and assistance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, with a focus on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
• Certifications in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment maintenance are a plus.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and maintenance software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
