As a Modern Trade Team Leader, you’ll be at the forefront of retail excellence, managing a team of 5-7 sales representatives, and ensuring that our products reach the right customers at the right time.

In this role, you’ll work closely with local market leaders, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor our offerings. Your daily tasks will include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and providing ongoing training to your team. You’ll be based in one of Bali’s key locations, such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, giving you the chance to immerse yourself in the local culture while driving business success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of 5-7 sales representatives, providing mentorship and training to ensure high performance.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and develop sales strategies to meet those needs.
Manage inventory and ensure that products are stocked appropriately in retail outlets.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local market leaders and key customers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that retail operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or retail operations, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing retail operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience with retail management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
