📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to meet sales targets and market demands.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform product development.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality fabrics and materials.
• Manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of orders.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchandising.
• Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion or textiles industry.
• Proficient in using merchandising software such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international fashion markets.
• Certification in fashion merchandising or a related field is a plus.
