📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest service at Balique Restaurant, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
• Assist with table service, including setting and clearing tables, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain a well-organized and clean dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with special events and functions, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of service and professionalism, acting as a role model for other staff members.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
